A Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in IT from the University of Wollongong, Rama started his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 with a five-person team in Perth. He returned to India with one conviction: this country doesn't need more job seekers — it needs job creators. Under his leadership NeoSales set Vision 2030 — to develop 100 Managers.
